Here’s what to expect in a Virtual Body Doubling Session:1. Show up to Zoom. We’ll welcome you into a safe, judgment-free space.2. Choose your focus. It can be big (drafting a chapter, tackling taxes, prepping for a presentation) or small (folding laundry, opening mail, clearing your inbox). If it matters to you, it matters here.3. Set your intention. We’ll take a minute to say out loud what we’re working on — because naming it makes it real.4. Work side by side. We each do our own tasks, together. ADHD or neurotypical, the magic is the same: you’re no longer doing it alone.5. Celebrate progress. We end with a quick check-in to share wins — big or small — and leave with momentum for what’s next.Because this isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress. And when we show up together? Progress is inevitable.
